Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic practice that combines movement, breathing techniques and meditation to support both body and mind. If your German language is still at beginners' level, it is not easy to attend a yoga class in German. So, this yoga course, which is held in English, could be the solution for you. Participants should be confident enough to follow a yoga class/ teacher's instructions in English. Recommended language level of understanding is English B2 (or very good B1). Your yoga teacher, Ana Maria Müller, is a native speaker of Spanish. She is also an English language teacher and of course she speaks German, too.
